Estamos buscando un Coordinador de Customer Success para liderar la definición e implementación de estrategias omnicanal que aseguren una experiencia excepcional y consistente para nuestros clientes en todos los puntos de contacto, tanto físicos como digitales. Responsabilidades clave:
- Diseñar y gestionar canales multicanal: Identificar las necesidades de cada área para ofrecer a los clientes el medio de contacto adecuado.
- Implementar y consolidar la estrategia omnicanal: Asegurar que todos los puntos de contacto reflejen los atributos de la marca y ofrezcan una experiencia fluida y consistente.
- Gestionar plataformas digitales: Monitorear y gestionar incidencias y solicitudes de los clientes a través de canales digitales, garantizando tiempos de respuesta eficientes.
- Generar informes de incidencias: Emitir reportes mensuales para identificar tendencias y áreas de mejora, asegurando el cumplimiento con los proveedores.
- Onboarding y soporte: Proporcionar recursos y soporte para maximizar el uso de la plataforma por parte de los clientes, promoviendo la autoatención y reduciendo la dependencia de operadores.
Requisitos:
Buscamos profesionales titulados en Marketing, Comunicación o áreas afines, con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Customer Success, preferiblemente en el sector fintech o de información financiera. Se evaluarán habilidades en gestión de canales omnicanal, excelente capacidad de comunicación y conocimiento avanzado en Business Intelligence y Excel. Es deseable un nivel intermedio de inglés para comunicación con equipos internacionales.
