A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

General functions: Generation and follow up of the LATAM orders and shipments, including documentation ensuring fully compliance of local and export requirements for different countries. (Primary Ecuador & Argentina but also gives support to the Pacific Region) Customer service: Provide response/solutions in a timely manner to requirements from external and internal customers and support on claims process through the analysis of customer disputes. Reports and improvement: Generation and validation of intercompany and commercial invoices, and identify simplification and standardization opportunities on the daily activities and processes. Orders management: Managing of order entry, order review, inventory validation, review prices, cubic orders, delivery confirmation and solve any issue detected in the order to full fill the delivery and create synergies with other teams (such as Logistic, Customer Service, Commercial or Finance team) in order to be accurate and full fill our customer requirements.

Were Looking for Someone With

Bachelors Degree in International Business Degree/ Business Administration / Business-Related Preferred experience on Customer Service, Project management, Distribution area or Supply Chain & Logistics Strong English Must have PC skills with an emphasis on Excel (intermediate or advanced), Word and PowerPoint.
