Nuestro cliente es una startup innovadora en el sector de market research ubicada en México, que opera principalmente en Latinoamérica, USA y Europa. Especializada en brindar soluciones personalizadas para el sector de consumo masivo, esta empresa ayuda a las marcas a evaluar métricas clave, realizar pruebas de empaques, medir el impacto de la comunicación y monitorear el desempeño de sus marcas, utilizando tecnología de inteligencia artificial. Valoran perfiles apasionados, disruptivos y con excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento, orientados a estar un paso adelante en cada proyecto y comprometidos con la construcción de relaciones sólidas con los clientes.
¿Qué harás en esta posición?- Prospección de Clientes y Generación de Leads: Realizarás la identificación y conversión de nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante una prospección activa. Participarás en congresos y eventos de la industria, creando redes de contactos que fortalezcan el pipeline de clientes.
- Estrategia de Desarrollo de Negocios: Diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias para captar clientes en el sector de consumo masivo que buscan soluciones en market research, ofreciendo servicios ajustados a sus necesidades.
- Relación con Clientes Clave: Establecerás relaciones sólidas con clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y ofreciendo soluciones innovadoras que integren inteligencia artificial y diseño a medida.
- Venta de Soluciones Basadas en Resultados: Crearás propuestas comerciales efectivas que comuniquen el valor de los servicios de investigación de mercado, impulsando la diferenciación y el impacto de las soluciones de nuestro cliente.
- Análisis de Métricas y Desarrollo de Estrategias Comerciales: Monitorearás tendencias del mercado y utilizarás insights para adaptar las estrategias de negocio, proponiendo soluciones con un enfoque numérico y basado en datos.
- Flexibilidad y Adaptación al Cambio: Te desenvolverás en un entorno dinámico, adaptándote rápidamente a nuevas ideas y cambios en el mercado para ofrecer las mejores soluciones a los clientes.
- Formación y Experiencia: Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios y ventas en investigación de mercados, especialmente en el sector de consumo masivo. Conocimientos sólidos en métricas de marketing y habilidad para trabajar con clientes que compran servicios de market research.
- Habilidades Comerciales y de Relacionamiento: Excelente capacidad de comunicación y habilidad para construir relaciones duraderas con clientes. Alta orientación comercial y habilidad para negociar y presentar soluciones de valor.
- Pensamiento Disruptivo y Proactivo: Actitud abierta al cambio y propositiva, con un enfoque creativo y orientado a resultados. Capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Orientación a Datos y Resultados: Habilidades numéricas y analíticas que te permitan interpretar métricas de marketing y evaluar el impacto de las estrategias implementadas.
- Participación Activa en la Industria: Disponibilidad para asistir a eventos y congresos en el sector de market research y consumo masivo, generando contactos que fortalezcan la prospección y atracción de nuevos leads.
