Processes : Design, standardization and systems Expansion Execution : New territories and additional blueprint execution Functional Expertise : Process documentation, communication, training and business support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and establish the ideal core business operation processes for current DTS operations and future expansions for their own functional focus (Sales, Inventory Management & Order to Cash) For each functional area, assess and diagnose which is the Opex progress/level in each role and function inside DTS operations across functions Build deployment strategies to OPEX rollout, along the business requirements to meet the standard once executed. Core team members for all transformational projects blueprint and execution phases with project management (systems) Responsible for new territories and blueprint establishment. Routes, vehicle fleet, warehouse, 3PL biddings and all the operation components setting towards new operations. Responsible for process documentation and communication inside DTS organizationContext & Scope
Effective communication with all core operating areas to Input/output priorities on transformational projects Through all business stakeholders assess, ideate and establish the operational excellence standard targets and processes. Identify and establish in each functional scope the best measurement and follow up model to reach primary and secondary operation KPI's Identify proper rollout strategies and timings to maintain business base during transition procedures. Functional documentation in order to launch new operations and DTS expansions based on established processes and priorities.
