Business Development Manager
Principales funciones:
- Proponer y consensuar los lineamientos, estándares y metodología de proyectos, planificando, dirigiendo y controlando su ciclo de vida.
- Diseñar Planes de Negocio, proyecciones financieras y escenarios.
- Implementar la Planeación estratégica anual y elaborar el Programa Anual de Trabajo, mismo que será revisado y actualizado mensualmente.
- Implementación de la Metodología de Administración de Riesgos.
- Revisar los controles administrativos de los proyectos y ser el enlace con el área contable para la integración de la información financiera.
- Revisar los estados financieros e integrar la información financiera para la obtención de Financiamiento o Capital.
- Blindar el Gobierno Corporativo a través de la coordinación con las áreas Jurídicas y Fiscales.
- Construir portafolios de inversion a través de la venta de acciones para el levantamiento de Capital necesario para el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.
- Administrar los Fideicomisos existentes y de ser necesario liderar la Creación de nuevos Fideicomisos.
- Ser el enlace entre las coordinaciónes de los proyectos y el área de Tesorería.
- Determinar el alcance del proyecto, velar por su cumplimiento y consensuar los cambios o desvíos requeridos, cumpliendo con la misión y del logro de los objetivos asignados.
- Administrar los costos/presupuesto y asegurar la calidad del proyecto.
- Asegurar que el proyecto se termine en el tiempo y presupuesto planeado, y muy frecuentemente con tiempos limitados.
- Analizar los informes, documentación y reportes inherentes al proyecto con la finalidad de evaluar su evolución.
- Anticipar soluciones y resolver problemáticas surgidas en el transcurso del proyecto.
- Conocer los procesos del negocio en función del área de incumbencia así como también las mejores prácticas del mercado.
- Administrar y gestionar los recursos económicos de los proyectos.
- Liderar la correcta y fluida comunicación con los clientes.
- Supervisar y hacer seguimiento al ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas definidas para las actividades asociadas al proyecto.
- Generar informes específicos para la Dirección.
- Identificar las oportunidades de negocio que sirvan para que la empresa se expanda en el Sector Inmobiliario y otros.

Requisitos:
Perfil:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Industrial y/o Finanzas/Ingeniería Industrial con estudios relacionados con Finanzas, análisis de inversiones, modelos de negocio. Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Project Manager, preferentemente en el Sector Inmobiliario//Condohotelero.
- Ingles avanzado
