Estamos buscando: “Business Development Manager”. Serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa identificando nuevas oportunidades, construir alianzas estratégicas y ampliar el alcance de mercado de la empresa. Este papel implica una combinación de investigación de mercado, generación de leads, gestión de relaciones y soporte administrativo para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las actividades de desarrollo empresarial.


¿Qué harás?

  • Análisis de mercado: monitorear continuamente las tendencias de la industria, las necesidades de los clientes y las oportunidades emergentes para identificar áreas de crecimiento.
  • Generación de leads: desarrollar y mantener una cartera de clientes y socios potenciales en varias industrias.
  • Desarrollo de asociaciones: establecer relaciones estratégicas con socios clave.
  • Adquisición de clientes: desarrollar y mantener relaciones con prospectos clave, lo que lleva a un acuerdo exitoso de cierres.
  • Colaboración: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos, incluidos productos, tecnología y aspectos legales, para garantizar el desarrollo y lanzamiento exitoso de productos y servicios.
  • Informes: informar periódicamente sobre las actividades de desarrollo empresarial, las tendencias del mercado y el rendimiento de métricas.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o un rol relacionado.
  • Conocimiento de la investigación de mercado, estrategias de ventas y desarrollo de alianzas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
  • Manejo de algún CRM y paquete Microsoft Office.
  • Inglés hablando avanzado.
