En Bankaya somos una startup mexicana enfocada en brindar herramientas financieras y digitales a la población mexicana. Estamos enfocados en expandir la inclusión financiera y digital con nuestros clientes a través de los mejores productos, soluciones y plataformas tecnológicas.
Estamos buscando: “Business Development Manager”. Serás responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa identificando nuevas oportunidades, construir alianzas estratégicas y ampliar el alcance de mercado de la empresa. Este papel implica una combinación de investigación de mercado, generación de leads, gestión de relaciones y soporte administrativo para garantizar el buen funcionamiento de las actividades de desarrollo empresarial.
¿Qué harás?
- Análisis de mercado: monitorear continuamente las tendencias de la industria, las necesidades de los clientes y las oportunidades emergentes para identificar áreas de crecimiento.
- Generación de leads: desarrollar y mantener una cartera de clientes y socios potenciales en varias industrias.
- Desarrollo de asociaciones: establecer relaciones estratégicas con socios clave.
- Adquisición de clientes: desarrollar y mantener relaciones con prospectos clave, lo que lleva a un acuerdo exitoso de cierres.
- Colaboración: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos internos, incluidos productos, tecnología y aspectos legales, para garantizar el desarrollo y lanzamiento exitoso de productos y servicios.
- Informes: informar periódicamente sobre las actividades de desarrollo empresarial, las tendencias del mercado y el rendimiento de métricas.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios, ventas o un rol relacionado.
- Conocimiento de la investigación de mercado, estrategias de ventas y desarrollo de alianzas.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y relaciones interpersonales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Manejo de algún CRM y paquete Microsoft Office.
- Inglés hablando avanzado.
