Job Summary:

The SIP & Warehouse Manager controls a budget of approximately 18M MXN for materials warehousing & services. The role involves influencing business-as-usual practices to achieve differential business goals. Partnering with the Marketing and Sales teams, the Jr. Manager develops and implements warehousing processes to enhance efficiencies. They also set and implement guidelines for return on investment and define the key control framework to bring efficiencies to the business. The Specialist becomes an active resource in identifying, crafting, controlling, and implementing opportunities for the growth of the current business.

They are also responsible for implementing Sales Incentive Plan program, working with multifunctional teams to craft and implement sales team targets in compliance with global controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all partners to ensure that Ortelius is efficient and fully functional, including information audits, timely results, and analysis. Document, optimize, and communicate processes related to Ortelius investment funds. Significantly improve processes to enhance efficiencies in warehousing. Implement the Sales Incentive Plan policy and complete any required updates or adjustments to meet administration and specific business requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to structure, prioritize, and solve poorly defined business problems. Basic knowledge of accounting and SAP functioning. Strong spoken and written communication skills. Controls management and understanding. Excellent business partnering skills.
