Entregar valor agregado a los doctores,  brindándoles las herramientas que les ayudarán a maximizar el uso de las herramientas  de la plataforma de Doctoralia,  manteniéndolos comprometidos y felices . Con cada interacción brindando una experiencia para los pacientes y doctores, logrando el análisis adecuado.

Contactar a nuestra cartera de clientes para diagnosticar el estatus de su perfil. Capacitación a especialistas de la salud (médicos, asistentes) sobre el uso de nuestra plataforma por medio de llamada y videollamada. Realizar consultoría y asesorías con especialistas de la salud por medio de llamada y videollamada. Atención enfocada en fidelizar a los especialistas de la salud. Análisis de perfiles enfocados en maximizar potencial. Aclaración de dudas sobre la plataforma y su uso. Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes y empatizar con las necesidades del cliente.

Requisitos

Experiencia de al menos 1 año en Mantenimiento de cartera a través de plataformas de videollamada, contacto por email, whatsapp o llamadas telefónicas. Organizado y Autogestionable. Inglés Intermedio Indispensable. Uso de CRM.  Experiencia en Retención y seguimiento de Carteras con alto volumen de clientes. Seguimiento puntual a tickets asignados. Experiencia en Renovaciones y Seguimiento constante Lenguaje y comunicación formal y profesional. Atención a clientes VIP. Seguimiento a indicadores. Dominio sobre el paquete de productividad de empresas de tecnología (paquete de Google, Slack, Hubspot).
