The Role:
Cooperative Computing is looking for Enterprise Solutions Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Enterprise Application Implementations, such as ERP systems, Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW), and Enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams across several deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while aligning with business goals. This role will be responsible for overseeing complex enterprise programs, mitigating conflicts, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Capabilities:
- Enterprise Solutions Program Manager is responsible for providing an excellent client experience by overseeing the successful implementation of Enterprise Application Solutions, including ERP systems, Enterprise Data Warehousing, CRM solutions, and other Enterprise Product Developments.
- Manage the planning and execution of multiple workstreams across various enterprise application deployments, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with organizational goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and execute complex enterprise solutions that involve several interconnected systems such as ERP, CRM, and warehouse management systems.
- Communicate project status regularly to both internal teams and external clients, including technical updates and progress.
- Serve as Business Process evaluator to help clients determine how to transition from existing process to using new software that could change process.
- Deliver online training and presentations on new releases and product functionality to clients, demonstrating a strong grasp of the technical aspects of the products.
- Align client work orders and estimates with project timelines and requirements, considering technical complexities and resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product Engineering, QA, and Solutions, to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with technical standards and company goals.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork among technical teams, facilitating efficient problem-solving and innovative solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding productivity targets and accuracy in forecasting, with an understanding of technical resource management and budgeting.
- Enhance client satisfaction scores by effectively managing technical aspects of projects and ensuring client expectations are met.
- Support ongoing client work and new partner implementations, providing technical oversight and guidance.
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Business Consulting Project/Program Management with a strong technical background.
- Proven track record of managing multiple Software Maintenance Projects/Programs/Change Requests with technical complexities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Solid understanding of software development tools, coding languages, and best practices.

- Successfully manage Enterprise Application Implementations (ERP, CRM, EDW, etc.) within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Effectively plan and execute multiple workstreams across several enterprise application deployments, delivering complex solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain positive client relationships by mitigating technical and managerial conflicts and ensuring smooth project progress.
- Deliver clear communication on project status, including technical and functional updates, to both senior executives and project teams.
- Develop robust program and project reports, ensuring both high-level and detailed progress is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Improve client satisfaction by ensuring that enterprise applications meet their technical requirements and add business value through expert technical management.
- Provide continuous support to existing clients and new partners during and after the implementation of enterprise applications, ensuring smooth transitions and system maintenance.
- Drive technical excellence in project execution by working closely with internal teams to meet productivity goals and maintain high forecasting accuracy.
- Continuously enhance client satisfaction scores by delivering on the technical objectives of enterprise programs and providing added value through expertise in ERP, CRM, EDW, and other enterprise applications.
