Sales Supervisor
JTI se encuentra en la busqueda activa de profesionales para la posición de Supervisor de Ventas. En esta posicion seras responsable de garantizar la operación diaria del equipo bajo su supervision, implementando una disciplina operativa integrativa, desarrollar los territorios a su cargo incrementando distribución numerica y participacion de mercado gracias a altos estándares de servicio y de ejecución de los productos JTI.
Principales responsabilidades:
Garantizar la implementación de las formas de trabajo y disciplina operativa que permitan cumplir con los estandares de servicio y ejecucion definido por JTI, lograr los objetivos de volumen y distribución planteados. Dar seguimiento de forma diaria a los KPIs´ basicos usando los reportes de venta para asegurar el logro al 100% de los objetivos mensuales de volumen y distribucion numerica. Volumen: Sell in al Trade definido en el Cycle Plan. Distribución: visita, compradores, efectividad de visita, efectividad de compra, VPO, DS, porcentaje de rechazo, porcentaje de rotacion. Visibilidad: Colocación de materiales punto de venta de acuerdo a objetivos planteados por Marketing y Trade Marketing. Garantizar los resultados de ventas, distribucion y exhibicion de productos a través del desarrollo de su equipo, con acompañamiento en oficina y en campo, utilizandose de feedback y coaching constructivos. Realizar seguimiento y análisis de cada uno, poniendo en práctica acciones que le permita tener una buena relación con todo el Equipo, motivarlos y empoderarlos. Validar que el Subdistribuidor selecciona a los los mejores perfiles de acuerdo a las necesidades del negocio y la Cultura JTI. Asegura la correcta implementación de las estrategias de venta, comercialización de las marcas de JTI y un alto nivel de servicio personalizado a cada cliente. Garantiza la correcta ejecución en Punto de Venta de acuerdo a estándares de JTI a traves de una capacitacion teorica y practica continua de su equipo. Asegura que el Subdistribuidor visite el 100% de su universo de clientes de forma semanal y realice los pasos de la visita definidos para ofrecer al detallista los altos estandares de servicio esperados. Asegurar que ofrezcan el 100% del portafolio de productos de JTI & las promociones vigentes del mes y que el preventista realice un buen uso de ellas Apoyar al Subdistribuidor a crear un relacion de confianza y perdurable con los detallistas. Garantiza que el Subdistribuidor negocia y coloca adecuadamente los materiales de visibilidad adecuados al espacio del detallista.Requerimientos
Bachillerato con certificado mínimo. Licenciatura deseable Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el area comercial como supervisor con personal a su cargo, en un centro de distribucion de una compania de FMGC. Conocimiento amplio en indicadores de volumen y distribución e implementación de procesos. Disciplina operativa. Inglés deseable, no necesario.
