Descripción del empleoEL Sales Expansion manager tiene como responsabilidad liderar parte del equipo comercial de Doctoralia, estableciendo estrategias, seguimiento a la gestión del equipo y logro de objetivos planteados mensualmente:
- Cumplimiento del objetivo comercial de su equipo de forma mensual
- Gestión de equipo comercial, cuidando los principales indicadores del equipo a cargo [CvR, Win rate, market penetration]
- Generación de estrategia junto a su equipo para alcance de resultados
- Seguimiento de pipeline generado por su equipo
-Conjunto de habilidades multifuncionales para gestionar el desarrollo de portafolio.
-Desarrollo de Estrategia de Expansión: Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias para expandir el portafolio de productos o precios, identificando nuevas oportunidades de mercado
-Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar en conjunto con otros departamentos como marketing, producto y finanzas para asegurar que las iniciativas de expansión se concreten
-Implementación de Estrategias de Cross-Selling y Up
-Selling con los diferentes productos de expansión y core business
Requisitos- Al menos 3 años como líder de equipos comerciales y mando medio (coordinadores, TLs, supervisores, etc)
- Resultados comprobables
- Industrias: e-commerce (startups), farmaceutica, salud, financiera
- CRM ( HubSpot y/o Salesforce)
-Manejo de Excel (Pivot +)
- Inglés Avanzado (parte del proceso será 100% en inglés)
