Propósito:

Es responsable del área de Procesos Líquidos. Lidera y asegura el cumplimiento a los volúmenes de producción establecidos con base en los procedimientos de fabricación, valida y asegura cumplimiento a los estándares de seguridad y de calidad del proceso y producto. Es responsable de implementar estrategias a través de la metodología Lean Manufacturing para la reducción de pérdidas, control de scrap, eficiencia, y todas aquellas perdidas prioritarias que se identifican en el proceso productivo. Da soporte continuo a los planes de mantenimiento planeado y da cumplimiento a las actividades de mantenimiento autónomo. Garantizar que se cumplan con los estándares y procedimientos de auditorías seguridad, calidad y auditorías financieras que correspondan al área de acuerdo con los estándares globales de SC Johnson. Liderar y diseñar estrategias para hacer mas eficiente la cadena de suministro, optimizando el costo de conversión a través de un control presupuestal a su cargo. Liderar y cumplir con los procedimientos y políticas relacionados al recurso humano a su cargo a través de los valores y principios de la compañía. Esta función comprende la interacción con todos los equipos comprendidos por Manufactura, Planificación, Supply Chain, Ingeniería, Investigación y Desarrollo, Calidad, Compras, SHE, RRHH y Finanzas.

Principales responsabilidades:

Garantizar una operación 100% segura, sin accidentes en el área de Procesos Líquidos.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad durante la fabricación del producto.

• Promover un clima laboral favorable basado en el respeto, cercanía y el empoderamiento de su equipo.

• Diseñar y mantener sistemas de planificación de la producción con los equipos de planeación.

• Definir estrategias para reducir los niveles de desperdicios basados en metodologías de análisis de causa

• Identificar las oportunidades para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y los rendimientos en tanques de fabricación y líneas de llenado.

• Diseñar estrategias para cumplir con los controles financieros establecidos por SC Johnson.

Colaborar e influenciar con las áreas de Manufactura, Planificación, Supply Chain, Ingeniería, Investigación y Desarrollo, Calidad y Finanzas para el desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.

• Participar activamente en el desarrollo y control del presupuesto.

Liderar proyectos de ingeniería para el incremento de capacidades operativas.

Asegurar el correcto uso y resguardo de información confidencial utilizada en los procesos de fabricación

• Perfil Profesional:

Licenciatura en, Ingeniería Industrial, Química, Mecánica, o a fin. Inglés Avanzado De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en procesos de fabricación, manejo de fórmulas, mezclas y reacciones químicas, preferentemente con conocimiento en proceso de envasado de productos líquidos o algún tipo de geles, experiencia en los procesos de S&OP o y en la industria de consumo masivo, así como en sistemas o herramientas de planificación y simulación de demanda. De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en el uso de aplicaciones como Microsoft Excel (avanzado), PowerPoint (avanzado), Word y / o Access, SAP R/3, Power BI.

Gran capacidad de comunicación con los diferentes departamentos y la capacidad para conducir la acción y la toma de decisiones, influencia en todos los niveles de la organización, destacando sobre todo el relacionamiento con niveles de jefatura y gerenciales. Amplia habilidad para el manejo de gente operativa, grupos grandes y de genero mixto. Habilidades de organización, así como de actuar bajo presión y manejar múltiples prioridades que compiten con las demandas. El dominio de la mejora de procesos productivos. Amplia capacidad analítica de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos incluyendo métricas de procesos de negocio, las medidas que enlazan con indicadores clave de rendimiento de negocio, indicadores macroeconómicos y de mercado Conocimientos básicos en manejo de finanzas y control de gastos. Amplios conocimientos en el manejo de equipos y métodos de laboratorio (fisicoquímicos). Conocimiento previo sobre ajuste químico, formulaciones y manejo de sustancias químicas. Liderazgo de equipos de trabajo con personal técnico a su cargo. Integración de equipos autónomos de trabajo. Manejo del tiempo y capacidad de manejar jornadas largas de trabajo como parte de la operación y en situaciones requeridas. Liderazgo para el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos.
