Purpose of the Role
Identify and lead Innovation opportunities, developing, managing, and improving our execution delivering a benchmark and flowless Innovation Commercialization model that guarantees balanced growth through an omnichannel perspective within all the commercial calendar agenda with a clear and strategic activation plan.
Key Functional Responsibilities:
Full Innovation pipeline execution model Responsible for G5 plan execution Drive all Omnichannel Commercialization targets in line with our 365 Essential and Growth Drivers Define Clear critical metric per Chanel to track to deliver each project targets Build a Tracking unified framework and monitor Execution Scorecards (with clear critical metrics for all projects) Keep communicated, partners and multifunctional teams with status, stages, results Lead partners and multifunctional team conversations to implement investment according to Launch strategy Forecasting accuracy (volume promoted, sell in, sell out of each project…) Strong Data Analysis and Mental agility extracting rationales Planning & Prioritization Simultaneous On Trade Channel CollaborationKey Leadership Responsibilities:
Innovation Commercialization Manager works with Diageo´s Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Marketing, Supply & Demand Teams, and with our customers to find opportunities for Innovation brands, developing, managing, and implementing the commercial calendar and activation plan. This role is accountable for:
Lead decision making on the execution of the commercial calendar and activity plan, with clear growth Drivers, customer propositions that will be implemented to unlock growth, working closely with Marketing, Commercial Managers and Customer Marketing.
Act and be the key link between Marketing, and Sales teams by leading and engaging all relevant parties to deliver our business plan, ensuring right optimization of resources (not only investment)
Monitor, collect Feedback, Findings, evaluates execution and be able to adjust in any time of the process achieving the best performance of the project
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Passionate about winning and Brilliant Execution Sell Out/Rate of Sale/ Gaining share and Possibility Approach Creative Business Developer Thinking “think in a concept and bringing to life in strong Growth Drivers” Successful track record of business delivery Confirmed analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as critical thinking with ability to move between strategy and execution Solid Commercial competence and Project management skills Able to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels, multifunctional teamwork, and cross-functional leadership skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desire advanced English (90%) and Microsoft Office +5 years of experience in a Commercial RoleFlexibility
