What You’ll Do:
As a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying custom ServiceNow applications tailored to our client’s needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, robust solutions that enhance business processes. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and enjoy pushing the boundaries of what ServiceNow can do, this role is for you.
- Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform to solve business challenges.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project success.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues to ensure seamless operation of the applications.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
- Certified Expertise: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required.
- Experience Matters: At least 3 years of experience developing custom applications on ServiceNow.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and integration methods (REST/SOAP).
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
- Problem Solver: Ability to tackle complex challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Great Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively in a remote team setup.
- Additional certifications like CSA, CIS, or CTA.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
