Con impacto real en Latinoamérica, estamos buscando a nuestro Head Of Sales ubicado en Ciudad de México que será responsable de liderar y expandir nuestras operaciones en el mercado mexicano.

La misión será:  establecer y ejecutar la estrategia comercial, desarrollar alianzas estratégicas y asegurar el crecimiento sostenido de la empresa en el país.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

  • Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de crecimiento de Extendeal en México, alineada con los objetivos globales de la empresa.
  • Construir y liderar un equipo altamente eficaz, motivado y orientado a resultados.
  • Evaluar y acompañar constantemente al talento comercial desarrollando/ejecutando planes para elevar su desempeño.
  • Monitorear proactivamente los estándares de desempeño de su equipo para proveer retroalimentación precisa que lleve a la mejora continua.
  • Participar en el diseño del plan de compensación del equipo de ventas.
  • Establecer relaciones sólidas con prospectos y clientes clave, asociaciones y otras partes interesadas en el sector farmacéutico mexicano.
  • Negociar acuerdos comerciales estratégicos y cerrar negociaciones clave para expandir la presencia de Extendeal en el mercado.
  • Supervisar y gestionar el rendimiento financiero y operativo en México, asegurando la rentabilidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia comprobada creando y liderando equipos comerciales, idealmente en roles senior o como fundador de un startup SaaS.
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación, comunicación, resolución de problemas, resiliencia y capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas.
  • Orientación demostrada hacia resultados concretos y capacidad para manejar presupuestos y recursos de manera efectiva.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para inspirar y motivar a equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Involucramiento en campo con bases de venta consultiva.
  • Dominio del uso de software CRM y otras herramientas de ventas.
