Could you be the full-time Supplier Delivery Performance Manager in Sahagun, HID, MX we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive Supply Chain and Lean Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and results-driven teammates. You'll ensure the seamless delivery performance of our suppliers to meet Alstom's needs in a timely and efficient manner. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Material Planning, Procurement, Production, and Global Supply Chain), conduct capacity and supply chain capability audits, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring the Supplier ability in delivery performance to meet Alstom needs in required time and quantity,
Animating Supplier's delivery performances & risk management,
Collaborating with Material Planning and Procurement for supplier selection, escalation, and delivery improvements,
Monitoring and eliminating non-OTIF impact (late and early deliveries) in close collaboration with Material Planning,
Evaluating ad-hoc Supplier Capacity and Supply Chain Capability,
Ensuring Material Planner SDPM skills development (training/coaching)

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain,
Minimum 5 years of experience of Lean Management projects, production, and industrialization,
Knowledge of Supplier Delivery Performance Management and inventory management & Material Planning techniques,
Familiarity with Supply Chain Information Systems and industrial scheduling,
A Supply Chain or Lean Management certification is desirable,
Fluency in English.
