Objetivo de la Posición
Responsabilidad total en la organización de operaciones terrestres de la estación Desarrollar, mantener excelentes relaciones con clientes y autoridadesResponsabilidades:
Mantener los mejores servicios posibles de manejo a diario Planificación óptima del personal Mantener estándares de calidad y seguridad Familiarizarse con el plan de emergencia del aeropuerto local y desarrollar un concepto interno Mantener el GSE en buenas condiciones Estricta implementación del presupuesto de operación Ser respetuoso con el medio ambiente Aprovechar todos los potenciales de ahorro de costos e ingresos Comunicar en tiempo y forma apropiados tanto a clientes internos como a clientes externos la estrategia y mecanismos de ventas y mercadeo de los servicios Elaboración precisa de análisis pro-forma para cada cliente potencial Entrevistas periódicas con clientes para obtener retroalimentación con respecto al nivel de satisfacción en el servicio Seguimiento apropiado a quejas de clientes Comunicación de las necesidades de los clientes a las áreas involucradas Solicitar en el tiempo y forma adecuados la información requerida de otros departamentos para la elaboración de reportes y análisis pro-forma y de mercadeo. Elaboración, comunicación y seguimiento de los términos de servicio en los contratos, tarifa, vencimiento, penalizaciones y otras cláusulas especiales. Elaboración precisa de análisis de factibilidad para el arranque de nuevos proyectos y para la apertura de nuevas estacionesRequisitos:
Educación Media Superior. Experiencia de 2 años en servicios aeroportuarios.
