As our team of Monks and workstations continues to grow, our IT department in Mexico is seeking local support at our Condesa office. Each of our global production hubs has a dedicated IT team, and we need a proactive individual to join us.
About the Role
We’re not looking for a director; instead, we need a hands-on "doer" who is ready to hustle and provide equal parts assistance and problem-solving to keep our Monks and Machines operating smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration: Install and configure all computer hardware, software, networking systems, and printers at our CDMX office; repair and replace equipment as necessary. First-Line Support: Handle incoming issues and requests from our MX Monks, providing troubleshooting support and efficiently setting up new colleagues. User Management: Manage user accounts and oversee the printer network to ensure seamless operations (because even digital production relies on toner and paper). Security Compliance: Monitor, manage, and report on all security processes and policies related to health and security, ensuring compliance at all times.
Required Experience
Customer Service Background: 1+ years of experience in customer service (IT-related experience is a plus). Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems. Language Skills: Intermediate English (B1/B2) is desirable.

This is a 100% in-person role, so punctuality and time management are essential for success.

Necesitamos una persona proactiva, práctica, resolutiva y que esté lista para colaborar y brindar asistencia y resolución de problemas para mantener a nuestros Monks y máquinas funcionando sin problemas.
Responsabilidades Clave
Instalación y Configuración de Sistemas: Instalar y configurar todo el hardware, software, sistemas de red e impresoras en nuestra oficina de CDMX; reparar y reemplazar equipos según sea necesario. Soporte de Primer Nivel: Manejar solicitudes e incidencias de nuestros Monks en MX, brindando soporte en resolución de problemas y configurando eficientemente a los nuevos colegas. Gestión de Usuarios: Administrar cuentas de usuario y supervisar la red de impresoras para garantizar operaciones sin interrupciones (porque incluso la producción digital depender del tóner y papel). Cumplimiento de Seguridad: Monitorear, gestionar e informar sobre todos los procesos y políticas de seguridad relacionadas asegurando el cumplimiento en todo momento.
Experiencia Requerida
Antecedentes en Servicio al Cliente: Más de 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente (la experiencia relacionada con TI es un plus). Conocimientos Técnicos: Conocimiento de los sistemas operativos Windows, Mac y Linux. Habilidades Lingüísticas: Inglés intermedio (B1/B2) es deseable.
