Como Business Development Manager de Software, tu responsabilidad principal será crear iniciativas y estrategias de trabajo para generar y cultivar oportunidades relacionados con los productos de Software en todo México. Uno de los puntos clave de esta posición es crear una cultura de conciencia en “Error Proofing & Data Collection” y el uso adecuado de “Big Data” para que nuestros clientes vean a Atlas Copco como un socio estratégico para soluciones de Software. Esta posición trabajará de la mano del Especialista de Producto de Software para lograr expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas con el equipo de ventas de las líneas de negocio automotriz (MVI), Industria en general (GI) y Servicio (SCE).

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Generar estrategias para posicionar nuestra marca como líder en soluciones de Error Proofing y TrazabilidadIdentificar nuevas oportunidades de ventas y potenciales de mercado dentro del Mercado Mexicano en materia relacionada con nuestro portafolio de SoftwareParticipar en visitas a las instalaciones de los clientes para identificar oportunidades de mercado junto con el equipo de ventas y generar confianza en los clientes mediante la evaluación y comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes en cuanto a soluciones de softwareInvolucrarse en nuevos proyectos y programas centrados softwareCoordinar varios recursos para proponer con éxito soluciones basadas en los requisitos y limitaciones del cliente y apoyar a los gerentes de propuestas técnicas para dimensionamiento de proyectosConocer el mercado, las tendencias, los riesgos y las oportunidades en el Mercado Mexicano, y exponerlas a la fuerza de ventasRealizar estudios de mercado, entender nuestra posición y la de nuestros competidoresDesarrollar el conocimiento del mercado en general: Tamaño de Mercado, Participación de los diferentes competidores y la nuestraIdentificar y compartir “casos de éxito”, “mejores prácticas” con nuestra fuerza de ventasMotivar, inspirar y generar confianza para generar oportunidades de negocio con nuestra fuerza de ventasFungir como asesor comercial con las oportunidades que salgan relacionadas al portafolio de SoftwareAcompañar a los vendedores en visitas con clientes con el fin de encontrar oportunidades de negocio y dar un firme seguimiento a estasIdentificar los “stakeholder” con nuestros clientes, buscar sus motivadores y su proceso de toma de decisionesMantener una comunicación constante con especialista de producto:En conjunto desarrollar las mejores estrategias basados en los valores de los productosEstar al tanto de las nuevas versiones y sus beneficios y valores, así como de nuevos lanzamientosAsistir y asesorar comercialmente en eventos para mostrar productos de SoftwareGenerar oportunidades para poner estaciones piloto a prueba,EXPERIENCIA NECESARIA3 años de experiencia en ventas, marketing, gerencia de producto en áreas relacionadas a Software y RedesCarrera finalizada en: Tecnologías de la Información, Redes, Informática o Igeniería afínHabilidad para realizar presentaciones técnicas y comercialesCapacidad para realizar viajes nacionales >75% e internacionalesResidencia preferentemente en México, Querétaro, MonterreyBuenas habilidades para demostrar productos con la capacidad para explicar los valores y beneficios de los productos y atraer a los clientesManejo de Office AvanzadoIdioma Inglés – Fluido, cualquier otro idioma es un plusConocimiento intermedio en software tipo CRM (preferentemente SalesForce) es un plusConocimiento en Base de Datos (SQL, Oracle)Conocimiento en redes y comunicación inalámbricaConocimiento en ciberseguridadDeseable conocimiento de AzureDeseable conocimiento de sistemas de ensamble (preferentemente herramientas de atornillado)Deseable Conocimiento de segmentos Industriales (preferentemente automotriz)Deseable conocimiento en PBI
