Objetivo de la Función The F&B Strategy Manager Latam plays a pivotal role in driving the long-term growth and success of the company by providing a clear framework to develop and implement strategic initiatives, together with the teams.

Is a highly trained professional who provides advice inside the team in multidisciplinary areas to develop and implement effective strategies that drive growth, competitiveness and profitability. This position is responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning corporate objectives with business priorities. Responsabilidades / Obligaciones

1. Consolidate and connect market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the Flavor & Natural Ingredient industry. 2. Identify opportunities and threats, assess the competitive environment and formulate innovative strategies for long-term growth and success. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine corporate strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. 4. Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including market entry strategies, product portfolio optimization, and expansion into new geographic regions. 5. Evaluate the need of potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships to enhance the company's competitive position and market presence. 6. Monitor and assess the performance of the strategy, business units’ performance and strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. 7. Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior regional management and the global strategy team, providing clear insights and actionable insights to accelerate profitable growth. 8. Drive strategic planning processes, including the development of annual operating plans, mid-term plan and resource allocation. 9. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.

Requisitos de Trabajo

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking, preferably within the food and beverage industry. • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market information to inform strategic decisions. • Experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes (not in deep, but with the a basic awareness and knowledge). • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Leadership qualities with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving. Technical Skills: • Excellent English & Spanish language Level (spoken and written), Portuguese (minimum level, listening and writing) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualization software. • Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques. • Knowledge of strategic planning methodologies and frameworks.
