Job Description
About this job
In NIQ we are looking for an experienced consultant for the analytics (CMI) area. The consultant may give service and attend the research area of our clients. The Customer Success Consultant will provide proactive customer service to internal and external customers. The individual is responsible for steady communication to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual will serve as the as the voice of the customer. This role will be the single point of contact to the customer to provide quick resolution, accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely & professional manner.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the manager to ensure project execution. Uphold high standards of quality in all deliverables. Coordinate project execution across various departments, fostering effective communication. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for clients' business decisions.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Actuarial Science, or a related field. Proficiency with numbers and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience in analytics. Minimum of 2 years' experience in either agency or client settings.
