Realizar el seguimiento a las operaciones de Importación marítima, así como llevar control y supervisión de desviaciones en dichas operaciones
Tus responsabilidades
1. Realizar el proceso de envio de información de Complemento Carta Porte a las navieras ,validación de confirmación, , subir soportes a e-file, ingresar estatus, envío de confirmación a CSR y cierre de ticket.
2. Dar seguimiento a con navieras para asegurar que el Complemento Carta Porte sea cargado correctamente y que con esto , los servixios terrestres puedan ser realizados
3. Dar seguimiento de tickets relacionados a las tareas asignadas en RTQ
4. Asegurar que todos los tickets relacionados al proceso de CCP esten siendo atendidos dentro de los KPIs establecidos
soporte al equipo de CCL en temas relacionados con llenado de formatos para Complemento Carta Porte
Tus habilidades y experencias
Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o a fin
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar
Dominio del producto marítimo
Inglés Avanzado
