US company hiring independent contractor for full time role as fluent english and spanish virtual assistant. Must be fast learner and sales/CRM experience is preferred.This is a 100% remote work, full time from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST (Pacific Time Zone), and we need this person to start immediately.Keep in mind that the compensation is $800 USD per month and the role is full time 8 hours per day.**Tasks**:**Amazon**:- Check if there are FBM orders to be fulfilled manually- Check inbox for customer support cases.- Edit or upload listings (changing written or visual content).- Do affiliate or attribution links.- Let Amazon know we are sending inventory to their warehouses (quantify each product and when it is arriving).**Etsy**:- Answer customer support cases in the inbox.- Upload product listings (text, images, sizes, quantity, price, etc).- Do total or partial refunds.- Sync the product to the Amazon inventory with Sellbrite.**Flip**:- Make sure products are synced correctly via Shopify.- Optimize listing titles.- Set deals or mega deals.- Post photos or videos.- Download customer posts for the social media team to use.**Product development**:- Design packaging with the team.- Ask the Amazon team to do the written listing, images, video and A+.- Give the PM the listing assets for the product to be uploaded to the website.- Upload the listing in other marketplaces like Flip or Etsy.- Create insert cards.- Create instruction manuals for the products.**Shopify**:- Check incoming orders from the website or Flip, and fulfill them either manually with Veeqo or by forcing FBA (fulfilled by Amazon).- Check if we have new requests in Carro.**So Stock**:- Check the forecast and velocity to know how much we need to order and when it should be arriving (so we choose the perfect shipping method).- Create POs, so the platform knows how much we actually ended up ordering and the forecasts update themselves for future accuracy.- Reconcile shipments to verify that the details of shipped goods match the records in our system.- Check the POs info here to be able to create the POs in Amazon.**Walmart**:- Check if there are new orders and if we need to fulfill them manually.- Set promotions or discounts.**Zoho (customer support)**:- Check for verification codes for other platforms.**Requirements**:- Be a confident communicator, with creativity and analytics- Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment- **Advanced level of English (required)**- Immediate availability to start working- Remote work and full timePay: $14,944.00 per month**Experience**:- shopify: 1 year (preferred)- etsy, flip, walmart: 1 year (preferred)- zoho: 1 year (preferred)- amazon inventory: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English fluent (required)Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 15/07/2025
