You'll be most welcome here**Role Objective**:- We are looking for a Growth Specialist for the Turbo vertical, data driven and super organized. A super star capable of multiplying resources and building powerful strategies that have a big impact in the business.**Main Responsibilities**:- You'll design a plan for the acquisition and retention of users to Turbo.- Collaborate and communicate with marketing and operations teams to successfully deploy the acquisition and retention plans.- Monitor the effectiveness and success of initiatives and projects.- Keeping the Turbo Store always as perfect as possible: the right images, names, organization, etc.**Key Requirements**:- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or specialization field required with at least 4 years of experience in the area.- Creativity, flexibility and initiative.- Feel comfortable to ask questions about assignments if instructions are unclear or ambiguous. Must be able to work independently and in-group settings. Able to handle leading or coordinate the work of others.- Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines- Ability and initiative to accept delegated responsibility. Must be able to handle multiple projects with varying and changing due dates and requirements.
