We are expanding our global team and looking for a Sales Development Representative to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in the sales team by owning both inbound and outbound pre-sales activities. You will be responsible for managing, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads, as well as proactively identifying and engaging outbound prospects. Your goal is to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team, contributing directly to overall pipeline growth as a pre-sales owner.

Location: Remote
Respond to and manage inbound leads from various sources, including the company website, email inquiries, chat, and marketing campaigns
Identify, research, and engage outbound prospects through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other sales outreach channels
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects to introduce solutions, identify needs, and qualify opportunities
Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, budget, authority, and timing
Determine readiness for a sales conversation and appropriate next steps

Develop and execute strategies to engage and nurture leads until they are sales-ready
Schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and the sales team
CRM & Sales Tools Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system regarding lead interactions, status, and activity
Use sales and outreach tools to manage pipelines, sequences, and prospecting efforts

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on inbound and outbound strategies
Share insights on lead quality, objections, and market feedback

Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track KPIs and SLAs such as response time, meetings booked, SQLs, and outreach performance


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a similar role
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, Apollo, HeyReach, Lemlist, or similar
Fluency in English, spoken and written
Fluency in Spanish, spoken and written


Knowledge of sales techniques, outreach strategies, and objection handling
Experience using sales and marketing automation tools
