Command Center Coordinator

Objectif of the position**Give the rationale of the existence of the position within the organization, reason for the creation of the position****Main Responsibilities**:- ** Describe the main functions performed by the post to achieve its mission.**- ** Point of contact with the client for the attention of requirements**- ** Responsible for keeping informed of any situation operational within the Command Center Cordination of the Shift**- ** Responsible for keeping the procedures and documentation updated**- ** Coordinate the efforts and activities of the operational team in the Command Center: Shift Leader, Level 0 and Level 1**- ** Ensure operational continuity during shift changes**- ** Coordinate conference calls to attend to situations**- ** Define proactive activities that prevent degradation or suspension of monitored services in the Command Center**- ** Ensure the availability standards of the infrastructure under monitoring****Your Profile** Profile**- ** Minimum experience of 3 years as Coordination of the Command Center.**- ** Strong knowledge in monitoring and Event Management, tools and best practices**- ** Experience managing incidents.**- ** Intermediate knowledge of Operating Systems (Unix and Windows) and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office**- ** Effective oral and written communication skills to negociate with clien**- ** Leadership skills and ability to make decisions fast**- ** Ability to evaluate situations effectively**- ** Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately****About AXA**As a world-leading insurance company, we act for human progress by protecting what matters.
