**What's the role?**:HERE Technologies is seeking an experienced sales person to work as an Account Executive within the HERE Sales Team in Latin America, with a passion for direct sales. The Account Executive position, based in Mexico, will be responsible for all sales activities in order to meet individual/team/region quotas and generate revenue that is in line with HERE business objectives and strategy. Builds and maintains relationships with customer or potential customer. Executes or involved in sales activities for HERE products and solutions. Involved in sales as HERE resources to achieve an integrated solution. Includes all supporting functions to the sales organization (i.e. sales support, sale operations, sale enablement, technical engineering, solutions management, etc.).**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Manages sales directly to end-users of the organization’s products or services in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.- Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities (including engagement with local and global partners)- Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies**Who are you?- Must have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline. MBA is a distinct advantage- Must have: “Hunter” profile, with minimum 8 years experience in a fast moving Sales environment, preferably in new business development, technical sales or complex solutions selling- Must have: Minimum 5 years of experience in direct selling software solutions to large enterprises- Must have: Experience working and closing deals engaged with local and global partners.- Must have: Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese language is a distinct advantage but not a crucial requirement- Must have: Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce is a distinct advantage)- Must have: High sense of urgency and the ability to work with solid deadlines and under pressure- Strong technical competency to execute on the HERE Platform strategy including extensive experience in the software/web/internet space is required- Solid understanding of developer’s APIs and/or Map Content is a distinct advantageDemonstrated ability to penetrate new markets and grow existing markets with a history of driving revenue growth for the business- Customer facing experience and the confidence and ability to build trusted customer relations- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good convincing negotiator- Able to create and deliver customer presentations with professional business presentation skills- Creativity, initiative and drive in achieving clearly defined sales objectives- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and a quick learner- Curious, innovative with clear interest in being at leading edge of technology- Excellent verbal and written communication skills**Who are we?**:HERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company.
