Are you passionate about driving business growth and developing innovative sales strategies within a dynamic and collaborative environment?**What is the job about?**The Sales Developer role involves deploying channel management practices within the assigned region and supporting the further development of the Partner Programme.This position requires experience in driving developed processes within business and sales development.You will be reporting to the Channel Development Director and working in our Monterrey, NL (Mexico) office. Please note that relocation support cannot be provided for this position.**Your main responsibilities**:- Coordinate Channel Management Cycle: Oversee the entire channel management cycle, ensuring alignment with company goals and regional requirements.- Deploy Partner Programmes: Lead the deployment of partner programmes in the region, ensuring effective execution and alignment with regional strategies.- Partner Programme development: support Partner Programme Manager in further enhancing Partner Programme framework and partner enablers.- Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and review the work of regional Sales Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.**Your background**:We imagine that you have:- 2-4 years of relevant work experience driving developed processes within business development.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Customer centric and result oriented mindset, high proactivity and independent drive, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in project management.**What’s in it for you?**Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
