Build a strong relationship with these teams.- Ensure the smooth kickoff of the project in terms of process executioning, specially with RT and fleet flows and expectations. You will be the owner of Fake Orders deployment and performance, the key to success in this initiative.- Manage client performance on weekly and daily cadence along with local teams, making sure that conditions with Rappi are respected.**Requirements**:- Operational mindset and passion for Rappi's strategy and competitive position- Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.- Self starter. Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.- Proven track record in establishing strong relationships at a senior level, across a diverse client base- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results vs deadlines- Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow.- Great personal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills- Have superior data analysis skills.
