We are looking for your talentJOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOMPLISH DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES BY SUPERVISING STAFF AND ORGANIZING AND MONITORING WORK PROCESSES.- MAINTAIN AGENTS BY RECRUITING, SELECTING, ORIENTING, AND DEVELOPING PERSONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.- ACCOMPLISH STAFF JOB RESULTS BY COACHING, COUNSELING, AND DISCIPLINING EMPLOYEES.- CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT BY ACCOMPLISHING RELATED RESULTS AS NEEDED.- MAINTAINS A POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT WHILE KEEPING THE AGENTS MOTIVATED.
