This includes coordinating invoice submission into our ERP system, reviewing for discrepancies and errors, and setting up weekly check runs. This position will perform the full cycle accounts payable process for our CBN locations in North America.**M**a**i**n Responsibilities**Management of customer account responsibilities include;- Complete the three way match of invoices and voucher in our ERP system.- Review invoice submissions for accuracy.- Respond to all vendor inquires.- Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.- Coordinate weekly check runs.- Assist with other projects as needed.***Skills and Qualifications**- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience.- Well organize and proactive.- Strong problem solving skills, as well as data analysis skills.- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.- Proficient in English language (oral and written).- Oral and Written Expression — Ability to communicate effectively.**C**o**m**pensa**ti**on**:At Optimas we believe in having a competitive compensation scheme to motivate and retain our employees.
