This role is key to ensuring the achievement of commercial goals and alignment with partner insurer strategies.- Analyze sales data by channel, product, and executive, identifying improvement opportunities.- Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs: sales volume, conversion rate, issued premiums, retention, etc.- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and insurer teams to align strategies.- Propose adjustments to products, pricing, or commercial dynamics based on data analysis.- Follow up on training and certification initiatives for sales executives.- Support the implementation of new operational processes and sales layouts.- Document processes and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., CNSF, CEI).**Preferred Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial analysis, preferably in insurance or banking.- Deep understanding of the insurance business and distribution channels.- Advanced Excel skills (see examples below).- Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations.- Desirable: knowledge of Power BI, SQL, automation tools (Power Query).We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
