Requerimos Technical Account Manager, con más de dos años de experiencia, algunos requisitos son:

Función principal ayudar a los clientes a planificar e implementar sistemas de software. Entre sus tareas se encuentran:
Actuar como punto de contacto único para los clientes
Asesorar a los clientes sobre las mejores prácticas de la industria
Recomendar productos que complementen la solución existente
Detectar futuras necesidades de los clientes
Gestionar incidencias técnicas y coordinar con el equipo de soporte técnico
Proporcionar asistencia técnica o solicitar ayuda al equipo interno de la organización
Asegurar la satisfacción y lealtad de los clientes
Promover nuevas funciones o proponer su creación a la organización
Establecer planes estratégicos del área
