Some of our customers include Applied Materials, Cencora, Pure Storage, MediaBrands, and others.**Responsibilities**:Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow assigned accountsRenew accounts and prevent churn of existing logos and recurring revenueBuild strong, trusting relationships across multiple levels, from end user to executive sponsorUnderstand client needs and how Visit.org can support themProvide superior customer service and ensure client satisfaction, escalating issues efficiently and addressing challenges effectivelyCommunicate and coordinate with other internal teams to deliver on expected servicesSupport sales team with happy references, referrals, and warm cross-sell leadsDevelop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Visit.org’s go-to-market model, our service and tech offerings, the competitors in the space, and the industries we serve**Qualifications**:2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, or another client-facing, quota-responsible roleExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment, particularly enterprise SaaSFluency in demonstrating value through customer stories, data, and unique insightsStrong organizational skills and the ability to create structure in ambiguous situationsDetail-oriented while maintaining the ability to drive towards overarching goalsAbility to learn quickly and grasp different processes and/or systemsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication and interpersonal skillsA team player who can foster relationships and communicate effectively across departmentsA true desire to satisfy the needs of our clientsPassion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technologyExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentPassion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology**Please note**: This is a remote, Mexico-based 40 hr/week contract position that requires working hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ESTHow we careCompetitive salaryMission-aligned company events/volunteeringInclusive, exciting start-up cultureAccelerated career & personal growthCulture Club and more
