As a central hub, the team collaborates closely with Content Operations, Editorial, Engineering, QA, and Customer Support to ensure the reliability and quality of our service. This is a dynamic group that values technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration. A deep appreciation for the entertainment industry is desirable.**About the role****What you will be doing**- Prioritize issues for engineering to resolve and facilitating communication to operational and business stakeholders- Work with the broader technical operations team to maintain Roku infrastructure- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve day-to-day issues**We're excited if you have**- 5+ years of relevant technical experience in video or related technology disciplines- Fluent in Spanish and English- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues and work with engineering and business owners- Resolve problems independently and follow documented escalation procedures- Comfortable and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment- Interface with internal and external customers in a polite, positive, and professional manner.- Detail-oriented, analytical, methodical and committed to driving quality forward- Familiar with the Entertainment industry (or being a fan of movie/TV)- Experience with CDNs, video display, audio output, streaming is plus- Knowledge of consumer product and user interfaces and networking functionality is a plus- Willing to work flexible hours including nights and/or Weekends- Bachelor Degree or relevant work experience required**#LI-SS1**:**Benefits**:Roku is committed to offering a diverse range of benefits as part of our compensation package to support our employees and their families.
