Mexico- Human Resources (HR)- Group Functions**Job Reference #**- BR**City**- Mexico D.F.**Job Type**- Temporary / Contract**Your role**- We are looking for an HR Analyst (External/Temp Staff) to provide functional and operational services and solutions to defined stakeholders, e.g. key stakeholder in business, HR Business Partners, and employees.- assist in resolving employees' and managers concerns quickly and efficiently, displaying a high level of confidentiality- build relationships with employees and HR business partners in the region- support employee’s knowledge/awareness of company policies and HR practices- prepare reports of data results and analyze to support delivery of HR requirements- support recruiting with audits, new hires, separations, and other related initiatives- monitor internal HR ticketing system (SNOW) - assist with closing cases/moving documents, dated cases, etc.- support with work permit, certifications, and physical archiving process- assist with creation/4 eye checks of offer letters/employment contracts- HR article project - assist in reviewing/editing articles with guidance from the team- operational back-up support- performs other duties as assigned**Your team**- You'll be working with the HR Team in Mexico supporting Human Resources initiatives. We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of ownership, client focused with a true service-oriented mindset.**Your expertise**- professional experience as an HR Analyst/HR Manager/Administrator ideally within financial services industry, 2-3+ years of similar experience preferred- familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits- degree/education in HR or Business Administration preferred- strong relationship management skills and great communication skills (both verbal and written in English, Spanish required)- strong track record of high integrity and collaboration with multiple stakeholders and multitasking- attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple hires and projects at one time- excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills- proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and only truly global wealth manager.
