As we navigate the dynamic global environment, we continue to evolve and innovate.As an Strategy Jr. Manager, you will be responsible for helping lead the Strategy agenda by enabling performance results based on market insights, continuous support to Operations team and orchestrate short- and long-term Business Plan process.**What **You’ll** Do for Us**- Drive detailed, quantitative analysis that helps to provide meaningful business insights and outside-in perspective to address our biggest business challenges.- Track performance of business indicators, market share, execution KPI’s, and others, to identify granular opportunities and create actionable commercial recommendations.- Orchestrate short- and long-term Strategic Planning process, key Projects/Workstreams and business Management routines.- Perform Competitive Intelligence analysis, understand Industry/Category trends and provide potential growth opportunities based on Industry dynamics.- Connect different data sources to deliver a holistic understanding of the market to answer business questions and drive strategic conversations.- Develop and maintain effective networking relationships with Franchise Operations, Finance, Commercial and Marketing functions.- Identify improvement areas to achieve annual targets and provide relevant fact-based insights that helps improve performance while growing the business.Scope:- Operating Region: Full accountability over the Mexico Business and across North Region.- Reporting to Sr. Manager Franchise Strategic Planning.- Cross-collaborate with all Business Intelligence and Business Tracking community across LATAM Operating Units.**Qualification & Requirements**- 3+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Operations/Strategy/Business Planning related areas. Experience in Food & Beverages industry (preferred)- Strategic thinking: integrate diverse business insights and connecting the dots to develop holistic approach.- Strong communication and influencing skills- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers in a diverse cultural enviroment- Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders- Usage of fact-based, strategic approach to identify the insights to boost the business.- Ability to understand business and commercial concepts and the connectivity of each to business strategy and competitive landscape.- Data pulling, information automation and visualization through BI or Database management tools (Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, Advanced Excel).- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively assess insights/opportunities for further growth.- Problem framing and problem-solving: ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives, or efforts.- Systemic thinking: Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and global capabilities implementation.
