With operational hubs in Mexico City and Warsaw, and a commitment to providing the best customer experience in the industry, we are poised for significant growth and transformation.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Strategic Leadership**:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.- Scale the inside sales team from initial hires to a full team of 50 sales professionals.- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer success and continuous improvement.- ** Team Management**:- Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.- Identify and develop high-potential team members for leadership roles.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.- ** Sales Operations**:- Oversee daily sales activities, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.- Implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- ** Analytical Reporting**:- Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.- ** Customer Relationship Management**:- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.- Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions promptly.- ** Compliance and Ethics**:- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the team.**Qualifications**:- **Education**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
