**Resumen de la Posición**- Responsable ante el Superintendente de Manufactura de implementar los Sistemas de manufactura que aseguren el cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, costo y y entrega de su área**Responsabilidades principales**:- Lograr los objetivos qvc.- Mantenimiento del sistema operativo / sistema eos.- Fomentar la cultura de excelencia (cumplimiento a las politicas, procedimientos de la cia).- Fomentar la cultura de seguridad e higiene- Desarrollo de subordinados- Recertificacion en six sigma**Responsabilidades especificas.**- Cumplir el Objetivo de la eficiencia de labor en su turno.- Cumplir el Objetivo de efectividad operacional- Mejoramiento en Calidad: PRR'S, WIR'S, SPILLS Y Fallas en Sistemas- Reducir los Costos en rubros bajo su responsabilidad- Implementación y Mantenimiento A DBS, BSI, e ISO 14000 en su área. Promoveer un Ambiente de Trabajo Sano y Seguro- Cumplir con los Objetivos de educación y entrenamiento de su Personal Desarrollo de proyectos de reducción de costos y mejoramiento continuo.
