**YOUR ROLE**Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with their area's Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives.In your daily job you will:- Meet the Labor and Production Efficiency Objective in your area- Improve quality (PRRs, WIRs, SPILLS, and system failures)- Reduce costs in areas under your responsibility.- Implement and maintain your area's DBS, BSI, and ISO 14000 standards.- Meet the Education and Maintenance objectives of your team.- Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.- Adhere to the production plan- Strategy to close QVC gaps.- Effective leadership of the value chain and its interactions- Effective overtime management.- Comply with PPN programs- Maintain the operating system.- Any other work-related activity related to their position**YOUR BACKGROUND**Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- 5+ years of experience in a similar position- Intermediate English- Experience in automotive cable cutting- Komax machinery knowledge- People management- Team work orientated- Results-oriented**WHY JOIN US?**- **You can grow at Aptiv.**Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact**.
