This individual's main objective will be to create a strategy to onboard, develop and help sellers grow to sell their products in the MX marketplace.The following list, groups the general responsibilities of the different roles we have within sales, and might vary depending on the role, project or category:- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.- Identify, qualify, acquire and grow seller commitment to the Selling on Amazon program- Understand Seller needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment.- Identify and analyze data and anecdotal input from sellers and support associates to identify and isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective territory.- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal team.- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and operational metrics.We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts and integrated Account Management.
