**Area: Organizational Culture****Job Profile Name**:Assistant Vice President - C12**- Is deeply interested in human behaviors, leadership skills, collaboration and accountability frameworks.- Has an open mindset and expertise on Change Management- Accomplishes results through the coordination of professional teams and departments,- Contributes to the leadership standards around which others will operate.- Requires in-depth understanding of how areas at Citibanamex collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function.- Presents developed communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.- Plans end executes timelines and delivery of end results of the area.- Contributes for quality relationships intra and inter areas.- Has responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation.- Is willing to be involved in short-term assignments regarding culture.- May manage partly the responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning.**Responsibilities**:- Create and deepen a portfolio of organizational culture content that position Citibanamex as a great place to grow, work and learn.- Develop innovative solutions in priority areas- Participate in and support regulatory obligations by working towards achieving an “Outstanding” rating via fulfillment of annual performance targets and fulfilling commitments.- Participate and coordinate in qualified activities that include delivery of culture excellence and engagement activities.- Lead and convene community partners & influencers to identify consistent community needs, champion Citibanamex efforts and support to address these issues.- Represent Citibanamex at public events, community meetings, and visibility opportunities.- Identify and understand businesses and how to leverage their respective culture, communication and engagement.- Effectively supervise the activity of others and create teamwork and accountability.- Seek out and promote alliances with internal areas to promote a culture of engagement, collaboration and great results.- Coordinate the planning and execution of projects in good time and in appropriate manner according to the goals and objectives of the area.- Support the General Manager in the elaboration of the strategic plan.- Analyze and implement actions that make possible the continuous improvement of the projects and activities of the area with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.- Propose new projects aligned to the goals and objectives of the area.- Carry out the administrative and control processes as a result from the activities of the area in charge.- Represent the General Manager whenever is required.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in community and human development work, public policy initiatives, philanthropy, or banking/lending experience.- Experience in innovative program development, communication and change management.- Bilingual (English)**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree, potentially master’s degree.**_ All these prior descriptions provide a high-level review of the types of work required.
