**The Role**:In Shell we are looking for a professional with experience in payroll and payroll accounting processes. Our organization is going through a simplification project to reduce transactions and we aim to minimize the activities performed by the payroll analyst in country and systematize or send offshore teams most of the transactional activities and focus just in payroll activities.This role is **based in Mexico City**.**Flexible working arrangements** are supported where feasible.**Responsibilities**- Support the Payroll Analyst on Payroll Processes and payroll accounting such as reconciliations of the accounts.- Ensuring that all payroll processes comply with the internal audits and the government audits.- Interact with different stakeholders to submit financial payroll records on time and with quality- Handling and understanding the legal, contractual, and statutory obligations avoiding grievances and penalties with government entities (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, Fonacot, CONSAR)- Support payroll audits aligned with the requirements by local law (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT)**Skills and Requirements**- Accounting Bachelor Degree- Confident and trusted individual with typically a minimum 5 years of experience in payroll process- Strong personal and business integrity;- Capacity to multi-task and manage complexity;- Ability to manage and deliver against short deadlines;- Knowledge of local statutory obligations and labor laws- Demonstrated analytical thinking- Intermediate level of English language.**Disclaimer
