What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operational plan for a country, product, or region.
  • Design the organization, talent structure, and operating rhythms needed to meet business objectives and optimize team performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage world-class sales professionals and sales managers, setting clear goals and delivering outstanding results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipelines and performance using tools like Salesforce, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Use commercial judgment to negotiate deals and pricing, while coaching team members to excel in this area.
  • Develop and implement best practices to drive sales effectiveness, identifying scalable improvements to policies and processes.
  • Own and lead critical customer relationships and sales opportunities, spending time with key customers to understand their needs and drive business success.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams by sharing customer insights and feedback to shape business strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 8 –12 years of relevant work experience, with 5–7 years in domain-specific B2B sales (e.g., Hospitality, F&B, Logistics, or similar industries).
  • Management Experience: 5–7 years of experience managing sales teams and driving performance in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management capabilities.
  • Growing market: You'll be focused on an $80 billion market that's projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You'll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Impact local neighborhoods: You will ensure our facilities have incredible operators who will serve neighborhoods with a mouth-watering range of cuisines.
