**_Support Engineer / Support IT / Automotive_**- 1+ years experience in a similar position._**Details about our client**:Chinese-owned automotive company expanding in Mexico.**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Provide Support to the end users with process and all sytems involved in it.- Detect issues, analyze symptoms, find the root cause, fix the issue and provide the results when a problem is found.- Respond to eMail, Help desk system tickets, phone calls for users looking for help according to defined SLA.- Deployment/system change.- Cumplir con los procedimientos, instrucciones y reglamentos de trabajo de los diferentes sistemas de gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT y los que la empresa registra), incumbente de acuerdo con los manuales establecidos y garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, Reglamentos, calidad, medio ambiente, salud y seguridad, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc.; Que caen dentro de la empresa./ Comply with the procedures, instructions and regulations of work of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT and those that the company register), incumbent upon it according to established manuals and ensure follow legal requirements, regulations, quality, environmental, health and safety, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc; that fall within the company.- Bachelor's degree in information technology.- 1+ years’ experience in a similar position.- intermediate English.- Windows OS, DataBase systems.- Basic programming training.- Customer-oriented- Experiencie solving complex IT issues, computer troubleshooting, remote support tool, customer service.- Experience Solving complex IT issues, computer troubleshooting, office packages and administrative software, remote support tool.- We are looking for a person with initiative, dynamic and collaborative.
