Paramount Pictures is a subsidiary of Paramount, which connects with billions of people worldwide through its global brands including MTV, CBS, Paramount Network, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET and streaming service Paramount+.Paramount Pictures Mexico is seeking a Sales Manager to support the Sales Director in implementing the local theatrical Sales strategy with Exhibition, securing the best placement, run and return for all PP Mexico theatrical product.**Summary of Role Responsibilities**:- Build, nurture & sustain working relationships with all Mexico Exhibitors- Execute Sales strategy, holdovers and negotiations in the Mexico marketplace- Ensure maximum exploitation of all releases and back catalogue titles- Data entry and management of bookings on the MACCS system- Review & Analysis of Exhibitor & competitor releases, making recommendations for improvement and learning best practice- Produce and give Presentations to key Exhibitor clients on forthcoming product- Liaison with Revenue Cycle Team to ensure consistent and accurate Sales channels & process to minimise exposure to Bad debt and ensure payment terms are honoured- Communicating Sales process & strategy to key internal & external functions (Marketing, LA HO, Finance) as appropriate- Ad hoc projects.Person SpecificationEssential- Experience in managing your own workload and dealing with high volumes of information- Able to work effectively under pressure and too strict deadlines- Strong systems skills (experienced in the Microsoft Environment)- Good levels of numeracy, grammar and keen eye for detail- Strong knowledge and experience of Mexico Film Exhibition & Film Distribution Market- Knowledge & passion for film and the film distribution process- Strong knowledge and judgement of the commercial film marketplace- Good negotiating skills- Able to manage conflict and manage others- Confident & professional in dealing with Senior Management, LA & Senior ExhibitorsDesirable- Exhibitor, Distributor, Media, Creative or Logistics experience- Good excel, PowerPoint and Word skills- Knowledge of MACCS & SAP systemsPersonal Attributes- Self starter, driven and motivated to follow through on tasks- Good interpersonal skills, able to establish a rapport with colleagues, customers and suppliers alike- Good communication and influencing skills, on the phone, face to face and in writing- Flexible approach to working outside of normal office hours if the business requires- Calm and positive disposition- Keen to manage own personal developmentParamount is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) including disability/vet.At Paramount, the spirit of inclusion feeds into everything that we do, on-screen and off.
