We are radically changing the clinical trial landscape, driving change through the technology and innovations we create and the services we deliver to our customers.*****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Managing issues and exception requests to resolution.- Knowledge of and experience in risk management frameworks including related compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR etc.) and applicable standards, policies and regulations.- Experience in third party risk management including related risks, controls, and requirements.- Critical and analytical thinker, problem solver, decision maker, highly organized and detail oriented.- Excellent presentation, facilitation, executive reporting, and communication skills.- Monitoring of identified risks and support on classification.- Timely updates on risk event status and upon completion, validation of successful closure of a risk event.- Triaging and managing requests for RSG support from business stakeholders.- Proactively identify areas of improvements in existing processes, and work to develop innovative solutions with internal business partners.- Assist with remediation of risk events and gaps identified both internally and externally.*****KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Essential**:- 2+ years of Risk or similar experience.- Knowledge of, or experience working with, cloud technologies/environments, clinical trials, evaluating and implementing controls on Software as a Service (SaaS) services, is a plus.- Ability to develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.- Prior experience in compliance certification programs and regulatory environment related to security and privacy.- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal oversight/direction, understand priorities and meet deadlines.- Possess a “whatever it takes to get the job done” mentality. (i.e., pick up the phone, stop by a desk, follow-up multiple times)*****Desirable**:- Familiarity with eCOA, IRT, Patient Engagement, Scale Administration, Rater Training.- Working in a complex matrix environment with international experience.
