We are driven by innovation, operational excellence, and the development of our people.**Role Objective**Ensure inventory availability, accuracy, and control through standardized processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with business goals and customer satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities**- Design and update inventory control procedures.- Execute **cycle counts** and **Wall-to-Wall counts** as required.- Investigate and resolve discrepancies resulting from physical counts.- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.- Monitor and report key indicators**:ILA (Inventory Location Accuracy)** and **IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy)**.- Collaborate with operations, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.- Audit and verify master data within the WMS system.- Foster a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values and culture.- Conduct team performance reviews through the **G-Talent** platform.**Requirements**:- **Education**: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Process Engineering.- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years** in similar roles in operations or warehouse environments.- **Technical knowledge**:- Warehouse Management Systems (**WMS**)- **Advanced Excel** and database analysis- Inventory management methodologies and problem-solving tools- **Language**: Intermediate to advanced **English**:- **Mobility**: Willingness to travel between local and remote facilities**Location**: C.
