Buscamos a un Ejecutivo de Soporte de Ventas para el desarrollo comercial, operativo y administrativo de nuestros leads de ventas y clientes potenciales. Serás el engranaje clave en la elaboración y seguimiento de propuestas, brindando atención inmediata a los leads y respaldando al equipo comercial en cada paso del camino.
Responsabilidades Principales :
- Elaboración, envío y seguimiento de propuestas de costo y servicio.
- Atención inmediata a leads recibidos electrónicamente.
- Apoyo al equipo comercial en la generación de ofertas y actualización de información.
- Asesoramiento experto para identificar las necesidades logísticas de nuestros clientes.
- Gestión eficiente de costos y documentación operativa.
Requisitos :
- Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Internacionales o afín.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas, servicio al cliente u operaciones logísticas.
- Conocimientos avanzados en análisis de costos, manejo de carga y manejo de herramientas de oficina.
- Habilidades excepcionales en trabajo en equipo, resolución de conflictos y orientación al servicio.
Condiciones :
- Sueldo base 100% nómina.
- Prestaciones de ley y superiores.
- Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado.
- Horario: Turno de 8 horas.

- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley.
