**My Role**:- Manage end to end vendor master creation for NA region.- Provide training and guidance on vendor master processes to EMEA/ APAC regions as required.- Ensure data quality on master data entered by vendor master data analysts using Informatica Analyst tool.- Monitor master data agents aged cases and provide guidance for resolution.- Optimize vendor master workflow using Service Now tool.- Maintain vendor master data attributes in Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP ECC ERP systems per VMD process rules, as required.- Identify opportunities to streamline vendor master requirements.**Background / Requirements**:(R - required or P - preferred)- (R) Excellent written and intermediate verbal communications skills in English. Able to communicate across multiple levels within a multi-national organization- (R) Strong analytical and process oriented skills- (R) 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in data related projects- (R) Strong Microsoft Excel skills.- (R) SAP Material Management module knowledge (specifically Vendor Master Data and Purchasing)- (P) Data quality management knowledge and experience- (P) Lean & Six Sigma techniques e.g. Root Cause Analysis (RCA)- (P) SAP MDG/ Other Master data models knowledge- (P) SAP Finance module knowledge (specifically Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable)- (P) Informatica Analyst tool knowledge**Why join us?**- You can grow at Aptiv.
